Judged and torn by distant beings,
The day was change from what was safe
How could trusting ever seem right,
If they could reveal the hurt inside,
The burden one would rather hide.

Ticking clocks... Motionless hands, Numbers the dying dread

Time and space decimated a world he once knew,
Memories stolen, bonds shattered,
Swallowed by a newer date, never seen again.
Cruelty, deception, time's treasured friends,
A visit from his peers, ruining what was fixed
Making what was known alien to familiarity

Closed, a new face, another day, it was all fine
